May 1st - concert & festive program
On May 1, the spa town of Baden welcomes the summer season with a festive concert at the Congress Center Baden and an entertaining afternoon for the whole family. The traditional opening of the bathing season at the Thermalstrandbad, as well as guided museum tours, complement the program.
Blooming parks, culture, music, culinary delights, fine wines, and the world-famous thermal waters make Baden a popular destination in spring and summer. Take your time, relax, and enjoy the unique atmosphere. In May, indulge in regional specialties and seasonal spring dishes at restaurants and wine taverns, as well as sweet treats at cozy cafés.
The summer season opening is a long-standing tradition in Baden, organized by the Tourism Association in cooperation with the City of Baden.

Thermalstrandbad Opens the Bathing Season on May 1st
Baden's unique 3,700 m² sandy beach with an Adriatic atmosphere is located right next to the swimming pools, offering a perfect experience for families, children, and sports enthusiasts.
