Limitation of Liability for Content

The content of our webpages has been compiled with considerable care. However, we assume no warranty/liability for the accuracy, currency or completeness of the information/services offered.  As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation. However, as a service provider, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored here, nor to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general legislation remain unaffected. However, any liability in this respect can only be assumed from the time we become aware of a specific legal violation. As soon as we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove this content immediately.

Limitation of Liability for links

Our offer contains links to third-party (“external”) web pages. We have no control over these providers’ compliance with data protection provisions.  For this reason, we cannot accept any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked sites. The 

linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time the link was created and no illegal content was discernible at that time. A continuous monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. As soon as we become aware of legal infringements, we will remove such links immediately.

The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or email address) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis, as far as possible.
