A cozy, excellently equipped apartment on the 1st floor with elevator (see photos). I rent my non-smoking apartment for days (minimum 4 days) or 2 weeks (maximum). It is about 60 square meters, sleeping possibility for 2 persons. The apartment is fully furnished, Sat TV, iron and coffee machine, .... Parking available on the street. Pets are not allowed.
The accommodation
Very well equipped, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, iron, ironing board, well equipped kitchen. The apartment invites you to linger.

Wonderful landscape and nature. Pedestrian zone with many historic buildings, very good gastronomy within walking distance, (Josefsplatz, Casino, Kurpark, Grüner Markt, Theater and much more).
Out and about around the accommodation
The Wiener Lokalbahn is just a minute's walk away. The ÖBB train station is one stop away and the center of Baden is two stops (10 minutes on foot) on the Wiener Lokalbahn. The Shopping-Center Süd is 30 minutes away and Vienna's 1st district opera is about 50 minutes away (30 minutes by car).
