Baden Grape Cure Week

Badener Grape Cure – September 6th to 28th 2025

As part of Lower Austria’s Wine Autumn, the Baden Winegrowers’ Association presents the Badener Grape Cure Weeks from September 6th to 28th, 2025. At Baden’s main square, visitors can taste and purchase fresh table grapes, freshly pressed must (grape juice), Sturm (young wine), and premium quality wines from local Baden vintners. Daily from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Opening Ceremony – September 6th 10:00 am, Baden Hauptplatz (Main Square)

The festive opening program includes:
Welcome address by Mayor Mag. Carmen Jeitler-Cincelli
Blessing of the traditional Harvest Crown
Performances by Badener Tanzmusi
Folk dance show by Volkstanzgruppe Baden
Moderation: Jakob Glanzner

Experience Wine Culture in Baden

The Badener Grape Cure is a centuries-old tradition and part of Baden’s cultural heritage. It combines the town’s spa and wellness reputation with the pleasures of regional wine culture. Visitors can not only enjoy tastings on-site but also take home local specialties, making the Grape Cure an authentic highlight of the Wine Autumn in Lower Austria.
